Saif Akbar

Saif Akbar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network architecture and engineering. Currently, Saif serves as an Architect - Network at AMC Networks since June 2019, while simultaneously holding roles at The New York Racing Association as a Network Engineer and Network Analyst level II since March 2011. Saif has a strong background in managing and troubleshooting a variety of network devices and systems including Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as expertise in AWS and network performance monitoring tools. Previous positions include IT Consultant at Collins Stewart, IT Coordinator/IT Helpdesk Support Specialist at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, and an IT intern at Mobilink GSM. Saif holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Preston University.
