Genevieve Bormes

Genevieve Bormes is an experienced editorial professional currently serving as Deputy Covers Editor at The New Yorker since May 2016, with previous roles as Associate Covers Editor and Covers Associate. Genevieve began a career in publishing as a Production Manager and Designer at TOON Books from June 2015 to June 2016, having previously interned at the same organization in 2014. Additional experience includes a position as a Student Teacher in Art at The Gordon School and roles at the Providence Children's Museum. Genevieve holds a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, earned in 2015.
