Conshella Cole-Ford

Conshella Cole-Ford is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various aspects of design and project management. Currently a Design Consultant at The Shade Store since September 2019, Conshella specializes in providing design guidance for custom window treatments. As a long-term volunteer at The Newark Museum, support is offered to the marketing department through editing and data entry. In addition, Conshella has operated C Ford Design, focusing on interior design and event planning since June 2000. Previous roles include Design Center Manager at Ethan Allen Retail, Inc., where team development and customer relations were prioritized, and Magazine Production Manager at multiple publishing companies, ensuring project timelines and quality standards. Conshella holds a Master of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Montclair State University and a BA in Art and Printmaking from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
