Justis Pitt-Goodson

Justis Pitt-Goodson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fashion, design, and entrepreneurship. As the Creative Director and Founder of BrownMill Company since March 2009, Justis has developed a lifestyle brand focused on high-quality clothing and accessories, emphasizing sustainability and the fusion of streetwear and high fashion. Additional roles include serving on the Newark Museum of Art Advisory Board and the Graphic Arts & Design Advisory Board for the Newark Board of Education. Justis founded Junes Tailoring & Alterations in 2019, specializing in detailed tailoring and alterations. Previous positions include Senior Fashion Copywriter at The RealReal, Stylist Assistant under celebrity stylist Mike Bogard, and various roles within the tailoring and logistics sectors. Justis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School and has a strong foundation in graphic design from an internship at the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation.
