Daniel Guerra is an experienced educator and school leader, currently serving as the School Principal at Newark Public Schools since June 2017, with prior roles including Summer Principal, Vice Principal, and English Language Arts Teacher within the same district. Previously, Daniel worked as a Teacher at KIPP New Jersey and an English Teacher for Rutgers Future Scholars. Additional experience includes serving as a Supplemental Instructor at Essex County College. Daniel holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Montclair State University, a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of English with CEAS in Secondary Education from Montclair State University, and an Associate of Arts from Essex County College.
