Natalie Recinos

Natalie Recinos has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Natalie is currently the Human Resources Director at The Newbury Boston, starting in March 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at both InterContinental Boston (from April 2021 to March 2023) and The InterContinental New York Barclay (from June 2017 to April 2021). Natalie also gained experience as the Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza White Plains (May 2017 to June 2017) and Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport (July 2016 to April 2017). Before moving into human resources, Natalie worked at InterContinental Miami in various roles, including Human Resources Manager - Talent Engagement (from February 2015 to June 2016), Director of Laundry (from March 2014 to February 2015), and Assistant Director of Front Office (from January 2011 to February 2014). Natalie began their career as a Guest Services Manager at InterContinental West Miami from February 2009 to September 2010.

Natalie Recinos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Natalie later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Nova Southeastern University from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Natalie Recinos obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2023.
