Riley Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. They began their career as a Cart Attendant at Holly Tree Country Club from 2001 to 2004. In 2008, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at GreenPLUG Staffing (formerly Massey Search Group), specializing in recruiting engineering professionals for heavy-industrial EPC corporations. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Recruitment Consultant at GreenPLUG Staffing. In 2010, they joined The Newell Group as a Lead Recruiter for Allied Healthcare/Medical Device, where they gained 7 years of experience and made over 150 placements. They subsequently joined Advanced Technology Services in 2017 as a Recruiter, before returning to The Newell Group in 2018 as the Director of Recruiting for Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Allied Healthcare.
Riley Phillips completed their high school education at Mauldin High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Coastal Carolina University from 2004 to 2009.
