The News Literacy Project
Timothy Cramer is a seasoned audio and design professional with extensive experience in podcaster and owner of CramerSomething since 1995, specializing in exhibit and architectural design, sound design, and audio production. Since 2020, Timothy has contributed to The News Literacy Project as a podcaster. Additional roles include production audio and sound mixer at Next Millennium Productions, freelance consulting in exhibit and media design at the Children's Museum of Manhattan, and audio consulting for ProPublica. Timothy served as an adjunct professor at The Cooper Union, teaching a digital sound design workshop, and has worked as an architectural consultant from 1983 to 2001. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute, earned between 1979 and 1985.

The News Literacy Project empowers educators to teach students the skills they need to be smart, active consumers of news and other information and engaged, informed participants in civic life. It also provides people of all ages with tools and resources that enable them to identify credible information and know what to trust, share and act on.
