Gregg Bell

Gregg Bell is an accomplished sports journalist and educator with extensive experience in writing and teaching. Since July 2014, Bell has served as a Seattle Seahawks/NFL writer for The News Tribune, covering the NFC champions. In addition, Bell has been an adjunct teacher at the University of Washington since September 2010, instructing graduate students in writing and communication. Previously, Bell held significant roles at The Associated Press as a Senior Sports Writer and at The Sacramento Bee, focusing on the Oakland Athletics and Raiders. Bell's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley. Bell's diverse experience is complemented by service as a tactical intelligence officer in the US Army.
