Tish Meshew

Tish Meshew is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining The Next Door in May 2021, Tish served as the Senior Director of HR for Professional Account Services, Inc. (a subsidiary of Community Health Systems) where she spent 17 years building the Human Resources Department, developing the staff, and helping the organization earn the national distinction as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work according to Inside ARM and Best Places Company.

Tish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (recently converted to an MBA) all from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. Tish is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute).
