Eric Donaldson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, research and development, and business leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Next Step, Inc. since January 2024, Donaldson supports manufacturing companies by driving innovation and facilitating improvements in products and organizations. Previous roles include Director of Research and Development at Carlisle Fluid Technologies, Business Unit Director at Minco Products, and VP of Sales and Marketing at Remmele Engineering, where strategic growth initiatives were key responsibilities. Eric has a background in academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Minnesota and has held significant leadership positions at Eastman Kodak and 3M. Donaldson holds multiple degrees in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
