Katie Laviano

Katie Laviano has diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles across various industries, including veterinary services, banking, and hospitality. Currently, Katie serves as a CS Admin/Licensing Guide and was previously a Customer Service Team Lead at The Next Street since July 2020. Prior to this, Katie worked at Watertown Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Receptionist and held multiple positions at Newtown Veterinary Specialists, ranging from Client Services Representative to Client Services Supervisor. Katie's banking experience includes roles at Newtown Savings Bank, where responsibilities encompassed loan closing coordination. Additionally, Katie demonstrated strong customer service skills in earlier positions at World Mortgage, Marriott Hotel, and Laviano Law Offices. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre Arts from Skidmore College, earned in 2000.
