Chloe Knight

Chloe Knight has extensive experience in communications and digital marketing. Chloe worked as Head of Communications (EDI) at the NHS Confederation, where they led all external communications and member engagement activities. Chloe effectively communicated complex mental health policy information to various stakeholders and was responsible for membership insight and retention. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Digital Content Officer at the Royal College of Nursing, implementing a user-focused content strategy and engaging members through CRM segmentation. Chloe also held roles at IWA Publishing, where they managed multi-channel marketing campaigns and website operations, and at Greenleaf Publishing as an Editorial Assistant.

Chloe Knight completed their Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Hons) in English and American Literature from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Tapton School from 2000 to 2006, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Chloe also obtained accreditation in Public Relations (PR) from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in March 2023.
