Sarah Walter

Sarah has operated in a number of roles at the Confed, including director of corporate services before taking on a regional role following a family relocation to the South West.

Sarah is passionate about women’s leadership and was previously Chair of the Confed’s Health and Care Women’s Leaders Network. She recently completed her Executive MBA at the University of Bath and focused her dissertation on the aims and priorities of the Women Leaders network’s, leadership and self-identity and the ways in which the network can respond to participants’ intersectional experiences.
