Ronnie Zachary Nganwa MSc PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is at The Nichols Group, where they deliver a range of People Development solutions, focusing on Leadership and Executive Coaching, Culture Change, and Team development, primarily in the Energy & Environment, Technology, and Regeneration sectors.

Prior to that, Ronnie served as the Head of Learning and Development at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology) in Saudi Arabia. In this role, they played a key role in designing a new Leadership and Learning function for the institute. This involved developing a framework for delivering digital capability across the organization's leadership layers and designing a product portfolio.

Ronnie also spent a significant portion of their career at Aramco, where they held various roles within the Leadership Development Division. Here, they were responsible for developing Senior Executive and Managerial capabilities to lead in a Digital and Data Driven Environment. Ronnie Zachary designed relevant competencies, implemented interventions, and engaged business lines to support Digital Transformation efforts.

Additionally, Ronnie worked as an Executive Coach and Change Consultant at Our World Group, providing extensive coaching to senior leaders in the Technology and Finance sectors. Ronnie Zachary also managed international partners and designed and delivered development programs as part of training workstreams.

Earlier in their career, Ronnie held positions at Shell as an Efficiencies Project Manager, at Lloyds Banking Group as a Change and Integration Project Manager, at Computacenter as a Project Manager for clients such as Fidelity Investments, and at Fujitsu Services as a Project Manager across various Private and Public sector accounts.

Ronnie Zachary Nganwa holds an MSc and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Ronnie Zachary has a diverse educational background and has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career.

In 1999, Ronnie Zachary Nganwa completed a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Business Studies and Computer Science from Brunel University London. Following this, they pursued executive coaching and accreditation at the University of Reading from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they obtained the Accredited Executive Coach certification from Henley Business School in July 2007.

In 2014, Ronnie Zachary Nganwa furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Coaching and Behavioral Change from Henley Business School. Ronnie Zachary successfully completed this program in 2016. Ronnie Zachary also strengthened their expertise in authentic leadership development by attending the Authentic Leader Development program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019.

Keen on keeping up with the rapidly evolving digital landscape, Ronnie Zachary Nganwa has obtained additional certifications. In July 2006, they became a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
