Justin Neal

Justin Neal is an experienced recruitment manager at The Nickley Group since February 2021, bringing a strong background in youth and young adult development from previous roles, including young adult ministry director at Mosaic Church from September 2012 to January 2021 and mobilization specialist at Love146 from October 2015 to June 2020. Additionally, Justin served as the teen program director at the YMCA of Central Florida - Dr Phillips from May 2013 to March 2014. Justin's educational journey includes attendance at Volunteer State Community College from August 2010 to July 2011.
