The Night Ministry
Arcadia Rom-Frank is an experienced youth worker currently employed at The Night Ministry since October 2018. Prior to this role, Arcadia served as a resource advocate at Howard Brown Health from September 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, Arcadia held the position of station manager at WOBC-FM from August 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included serving as spokesperson for the station’s board, chair of the board, and overseeing overall operations while delegating tasks to board and staff members. Arcadia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comparative American Studies from Oberlin College in 2017.

Mission Statement: The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization whose mission is to provide human connection, housing support, and health care to those who are unhoused or experiencing poverty. With an open heart, we compassionately accept each individual as they are and work alongside them to advocate for their immediate physical, emotional, and social needs while affirming our shared humanity.
