The Night Ministry
Maya Rudder is a dedicated housing and case management professional with extensive experience in social services. Currently serving as a Housing Case Manager at The Night Ministry since December 2022, Maya has previously held positions as an RTC Case Manager at Have Haven and as a Residential Mentor at the Houston Area Women's Center. Additional experience includes roles as a Youth Worker at Heartland Alliance and a Case Manager at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Maya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Springfield, earned in 2016.

Mission Statement: The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization whose mission is to provide human connection, housing support, and health care to those who are unhoused or experiencing poverty. With an open heart, we compassionately accept each individual as they are and work alongside them to advocate for their immediate physical, emotional, and social needs while affirming our shared humanity.
