Richard K Ford

Richard K Ford is an experienced payroll consultant with extensive expertise in Dayforce Payroll configuration and implementation. Currently serving as a Dayforce Payroll Consultant at The NOLA Group since November 2021, Richard assists Ceridian clients in optimizing their use of the Dayforce platform. Previously, Richard held the position of Implementation Consultant for Ceridian's Dayforce HCM suite, managing payroll configuration for major retail clients. Earlier roles include Project Manager for ADP VANTAGE HCM implementations, and Functional Project Manager for Kronos implementations at General Electric. Richard's career also includes significant contributions at AonHewitt and GlaxoSmithKline, specifically in payroll and timekeeping systems management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
