Tom Vines

Tom Vines is the Director of Business Development at The NOLA Group, where the focus is on supporting HCM software providers with implementation and ongoing product assistance. Prior to this role, Tom served as Sr. Vice President of Strategic Sales at Global HR Research, fostering partnerships with technology and HR companies. Tom's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Ceridian HCM, managing customer relationships and driving customer success programs, and earlier roles in sales and management at IBM, Gorrie-Regan & Associates, Computer Associates International, and Simplex Time Recorder. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
