Rick Cohen is a National Correspondent and editor of the Cohen Report at Nonprofit Quarterly, where Rick has been a columnist since October 2006. Rick also works as a freelance consultant in research, writing, facilitation, and strategic planning for nonprofit and public sector organizations. Prior to this, Rick served as the Executive Director at the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy and Vice President for Field Strategies at Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Rick has also held leadership positions at Enterprise Foundation and Jersey City Department of Housing and Economic Development. Rick holds a MCP in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from Boston University.
