Pavol Varga is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership across multiple sectors and regions. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of DataSense Consulting GmbH since April 2018, Pavol has played a pivotal role in driving business growth. Currently, as Chief Operations Officer at SYNTECA and overseeing country operations for The Nopeco Group in Austria, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, Pavol continues to demonstrate expertise in managing complex operations. Previously, a General Manager at Dell EMC for North East Europe, Pavol led teams in commercial ventures across Central and Eastern Europe and managed human resources operations within a shared service center. Pavol's career began at IBM Ireland, where experiences ranged from e-business sales to internal helpdesk roles. An MBA graduate from INSEAD and holding a Master's degree in Commerce from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, Pavol combines academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver effective business solutions.
