Bethany Goers, SHRM-SCP, CHHR, CHC, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Riveon Mental Health and Recovery since July 2024, while also holding the position of Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at The Nord Center since April 2024. Additionally, Bethany has been with The LCADA Way as Chief Human Resources Officer and previously served as Director of Human Resources since May 2014. Past experience includes participating in the 2016 Leadership Lorain County class and working as Foundation Office Manager at the Mercy Foundation of Lorain County from June 2011 to June 2014. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonprofit Administration from Cleveland State University.
