Darryl Graham

Darryl Graham has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and performance excellence. Darryl began their career as a Quality Manager at XL Systems, Inc in 1989 and held that position until 1999. Darryl then joined BAE Systems as the Director of Performance Excellence, overseeing performance improvement initiatives until 2012. In 2012, they joined NORDAM as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance, where they currently work.

Darryl Graham received an MBA in Executive, General from Baylor University in 2003-2005. Darryl also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business during the same period.
