Director, Facilities And Maintenance at The NORDAM Group

Steven Dickey, CFM has over 30 years of work experience in facilities and maintenance management. Steven started their career as a Technician at Williams Realty Corp in 1982 and worked there until 1987. Steven then joined Trammell Crow Company as a Technician, where they provided customer-focused services and bid for incremental services. In 2000, they moved to Hilti, Inc as a Corporate Facilities Manager, responsible for managing all corporate headquarters facilities, including renovations, new construction, space planning, and supervising various operations. Since 2012, Steven has been working at NORDAM, initially as an SR. Manager and then as a Director of Facilities and Maintenance. Steven'sroles include overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and managing projects.

Steven Dickey, CFM completed their high school education at Bixby High School in 1982, earning an Associates of Technology degree and a High school Diploma. Steven then pursued further education at Oklahoma State University from 1980 to 1984, focusing on technology.
