Trond Riiber Knudsen

Trond Riiber Knudsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at McKinsey & Company since August 1992, currently serving as Director and Senior Partner in Leadership Development. Knudsen holds various board positions and advisory roles, including serving as a board member and investor at Opera, Laerdal Medical, Healthily, Kindly, and The North Alliance, as well as being a venture partner at Antler and a lead mentor at Katapult Accelerator. Knudsen's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by military training from the USK Norwegian Army and a Fulbright Scholarship.
