The North Carolina Arboretum
Kacey Cramer is an experienced retail manager and buyer currently serving as the Retail Manager & Buyer at The North Carolina Arboretum since September 2022. Previously, Kacey worked as a Gift Buyer for B. B. Barns Landscape Company, Inc., and held the position of Western Carolinas Territory Manager at Giftcraft. Kacey has also served as the Director of Alumni and Parent Relations at Montreat College and held multiple roles at Mission Health, including Retail Buyer and Gift Department Manager/Buyer. Earlier career experiences include being the Director of the TASC Program at Eliada Homes and the Director of Administration & Equine Specialist at Horse Sense of the Carolinas. Kacey Cramer holds a MA in Art History with a focus on Museum Studies from the University of Florida, and a BA in English with a concentration in Museum Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with additional studies at The University of Edinburgh.

The North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, N.C., works to advance the state's future by creatively connecting people, plants and places through education, design and economic development. This 434-acre facility offers 65 acres of cultivated gardens, 10 miles of trails for all abilities, rotating exhibits, adult and youth education programs, a gift shop, and a cafe. The North Carolina Arboretum hosts more than 500,000 visitors annually. The North Carolina Arboretum Society is a related non-profit organization that secures cash and in-kind donations and volunteer services to support the work of the Arboretum.
