Ken Arnold

Ken Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business advisory roles and consultancy. Currently serving as a Growth Hub Connector at The North East Combined Authority since May 2024, Ken engages established businesses to identify growth opportunities and connect them with relevant support resources. Prior to this role, Ken held a similar position at the North East Local Enterprise Partnership from August 2018 to May 2024 and has been providing freelance management consultancy focused on HR and people development since January 2012. Ken's earlier experience includes key roles at BE Group, North East Business and Innovation Centre, and various freelance positions, where significant contributions were made to business development, strategy alignment, research, and market analysis. Ken holds an MBA in Business Management from Durham University and additional qualifications in marketing and languages from Northumbria University.
