Erica H. is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, brand loyalty, and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Brand Loyalty at The North Face since May 2021. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a specialization in Media Planning from The University of Texas at Austin.
