The North Face
Francesca Pezze is a Designer currently contracted with The North Face since July 2024, focusing on curating the Global Color Palette for various product categories. Previously, Francesca held multiple roles at Poppin from June 2011 to October 2023, including Design & Packaging Manager, where key achievements included the development of PoppinGO, a successful lifestyle and travel soft goods line, and a comprehensive refresh of Color, Material, and Finish across all product lines. Additional experience includes positions as an Industrial Designer and Junior Industrial Designer at Poppin, as well as internships at Anthropologie and the Art and Culture Program & Departure Museum Shop. Francesca holds a BFA in Industrial Design from both Rochester Institute of Technology and Hochschule Anhalt, along with an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology.
