Herbert Moreno

Herbert Moreno has over three decades of experience in financial and operational leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Associate at La Casa Norte since August 2015, Herbert has held previous positions including Fiscal Manager at Puerto Rican Arts Alliance, Interim Director at Allied Health Care Career Network, Director of Adult Education at Erie Neighborhood House, Chief Operations Officer at Gads Hill Center, and Director of Finance at Erie Neighborhood House. Notable accomplishments include directing fiscal operations, managing human resources, and developing education programs. Herbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Services Administration from Northeastern Illinois University.
