Alisha Peña has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Spring Coordinating Intern at Idaho Trails Association. In 2013, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Public Policy Center. In 2014, they held the role of Field Policy Management Student Trainee at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development before joining the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation as a LISC AmeriCorps Redevelopment Coordinator. At the same organization, they later became a Development Associate.
