Wendy Ray

Wendy Ray is a highly experienced trial lawyer and partner at The Norton Law Firm since March 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy served as a litigation partner at Morrison & Foerster from May 2006 to February 2023 and worked as an attorney at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from 2003 to 2006. Wendy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and has a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Care Management & Policy and Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Yale University, pursued from 1994 to 1996. Wendy also earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994, following education at Polytechnic School from 1987 to 1990.
