Espen Werring is a Partner in the Digital Business practice group at ADVOKATFIRMAET THOMMESSEN AS since October 2018. Werring has been a Board Member of the Outsourcing & Offshoring Committee at The Norwegian Computer Society since April 2010. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Haavind from September 2010 to September 2018, focusing on IT outsourcing projects and data protection. Werring has been involved with the International Technology Law Association as Co-Chair of the Technology Sourcing Committee and Co-Chair of the Outsourcing Law Committee. Previous roles also include Attorney-at-law at Telenor, Advokat/Attorney-at-law at Advokatfirmaet Haavind Vislie, and Thommessen Krefting Greve Lund AS. Werring holds multiple degrees, including an LL.M in IT Law from King's College London and Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Cand.Jur in Law from the University of Oslo.
