James Payne

James Payne is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and superintendent roles. Currently serving as a Superintendent at The Norwood Company since October 2019, James previously held project management positions at D. Fickler Construction LLC and C. Raymond Davis & Sons, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2019 and July 2018 to June 2019, respectively. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management from Community College of Philadelphia, with studies conducted from 1982 to 1984, and has furthered their education at Spring Garden College.
