Lisa Gibbard

Lisa Gibbard currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at UK P&I Club and is a Board Trustee at The Not Forgotten. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Lisa held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Thomas Miller Specialty and has actively sought non-executive director roles since 2020. Prior to this, Lisa was the Chief Information Officer at Thomas Miller and interim Chief Information Officer at MS Amlin. Lisa has also provided consultancy services through Lisa Gibbard Ventures Ltd and has a notable background in operations and IT leadership at Aspen Insurance Group, Aon Ltd, and British Gas Trading. Lisa Gibbard holds an Advanced Management Program certification from Harvard Business School and a degree in Mathematics and BMA from Leeds Trinity University.
