Stephen Donne

Stephen Donne is an experienced director currently serving as the Director of Transformation and Head of Transformation Delivery at Nottingham Building Society since September 2023. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Head of Operations at Cumberland Building Society, leading various operational aspects and achieving notable transformation success recognized with two Operational Excellence awards. Stephen also served as Programme Director at Yorkshire Building Society, steering the Mortgage Transformation Programme to enhance customer experience. Other significant roles include Board Member at Made With Hope and Senior Project Manager at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, where project management and process improvement were key responsibilities. Stephen holds a degree from Cambridge College, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
