The Legal and Compliance team at Nottingham Building Society ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations while maintaining ethical standards. Led by the General Counsel, with support from the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, the team oversees legal risk management, conducts compliance audits, provides guidance on regulatory matters, and safeguards the interests of the society and its members through proactive policy development and implementation.
