Christopher Oneill

Christopher ONeill currently serves as the Executive Vice President - Development at The NRP Group LLC since September 2022. With a robust background in multifamily project development, ONeill previously held the position of Managing Director at Hines from November 2006 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of project development, ensuring quality delivery, and overseeing underwriting, financing, design, construction, marketing, and property management. ONeill's earlier career featured roles as Project Engineer at Clark Construction Group, LLC from 2004 to 2006, and Field Engineer at JPI Companies from 2002 to 2004. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
