Dan Hull

As leader of the construction division, Dan has responsibility for all aspects of all construction projects across the NRP portfolio.

Over the past seven years, Dan has led the Texas market, which is the largest NRP market in the U.S. Under Dan’s leadership, the NRP Texas market doubled the number of projects and units under construction and launched a robust third-party general contracting business that is growing at an accelerated rate. Hull has played a pivotal role in helping NRP achieve industry accolades, including the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry “Builder of the Year” award in 2020 and National Multifamily Housing Council’s #3 Top U.S. Multifamily Builder ranking in 2021.
