Kevin Loos

Kevin Loos joined NRP in 2010 and now serves as Vice President of Finance. In this role, he is responsible for managing and coordinating all property-level debt and equity relationships for Affordable Projects. He and his team oversee the financial feasibility analysis of all affordable, market rate and mixed income development opportunities and lead the financial underwriting process required for opportunities to close successfully and proceed in the development and construction processes. Loos demonstrates expertise in real estate development finance, including tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credits, interest rate caps and swaps and more.

In his tenure with NRP, Loos has been promoted from Investment Analyst to Senior Investment Analyst and Manager of Investment Analysis. Through evaluation of profitability and financial feasibility, he has played a fundamental role in the expansion of NRP’s growth in project volume.

Loos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cleveland State University.
