McKenzie Morgan

McKenzie Morgan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee success, property management, and the cosmetology industry. Currently serving as Employee Success Manager at The NRP Group LLC since November 2020, McKenzie has also held roles such as Property Management Training Specialist and Learning and Development Coordinator within the same company. Previous experience includes a position as a Cosmetology Specialist at Eden off the Avenue and roles in the hospitality industry as a Bartender at The Cleveland Bar & Grill and a Professional Dancer for The Cleveland Monsters. McKenzie began a career in cosmetology with positions at Ladies & Gentlemen Salons and the Brown Aveda Institute before completing education at the Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor from 2013 to 2014.
