Michael Mulloy

Michael Mulloy is an experienced facilities management professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities Management at The NRP Group LLC since December 2014, Michael oversees operations for a national multi-family portfolio exceeding 20,000 units. Prior to this role, Michael founded and led Northern Ohio Asset Services LLC as President, where the focus was on maintenance and repair services for vacant lender-owned properties in Ohio. Michael also held the position of Director of Maintenance at The Coral Company, managing maintenance, housekeeping, and safety operations, as well as overseeing contractor engagement for improvement projects. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Real Estate Asset Specialist, Loss Mitigation Negotiation Specialist, and REO Asset Specialist at New York Community Bank. Michael’s educational background includes studies at Bowling Green State University and St. Edward High School.
