Mike Zelenkofske

Mike Zelenkofske is an experienced executive in real estate development, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Development at The NRP Group LLC since July 2015. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing Market Rate and Workforce Housing development across multiple eastern markets. Previous positions within NRP include Senior Vice President, Director of Development Project Management, Senior Development Project Manager for Affordable projects, and Development Project Manager, where Mike played a key role in significant financial closings and project management. Prior to NRP, Mike worked as an Acquisitions Associate at Clocktower Tax Credits, successfully closing tax credit investments totaling $70 million. Mike’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, complemented by internships focusing on energy security and public health analysis.
