Kelsey Hartigan

Kelsey Hartigan is an experienced professional in the field of security and nonproliferation, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer for the Material Security and Minimization Program at the Nuclear Threat Initiative since January 2012. Previous roles include Nonproliferation & Defense Policy Analyst at the National Security Network, Course Consultant for the United States Institute of Peace, International Security and Nuclear Weapons Program Intern at The Stimson Center, and Intern for the U.S. Delegation to the Conference on Disarmament at the U.S. Department of State. Kelsey Hartigan holds a Master's Degree in Security Studies, with a focus on Technology & National Security, from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with minors in Economics and History from Purdue University.
