Emma Geiser, BSN, RN, is an accomplished healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and healthcare consulting. Since founding Nurse Fern in February 2020, Emma has also served as a Content Consultant for Nurse Career Advice at Incredible Health and as a Content Contributor for The Nursing Beat. Prior to these roles, Emma worked as a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist at an Acute Care Hospital from 2015 to 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Registered Nurse at Sharp HealthCare from 2010 to 2015, specializing in MICU and Emergency Room care. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
