Mette Schneider

Mette Schneider currently serves as the Head of HR and Talent Development at The Nutriment Company since May 2024. Previously, Mette held the position of Nordic Customer Engagement Excellence Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim from June 2023 to May 2024. Mette's extensive experience at AstraZeneca spanned over a decade, where roles included National Sales Manager, Capability Developing Manager, and Nordic/Baltic Training Manager, focusing on brand strategy implementation, coaching training, and salesforce training needs analysis. Mette began a professional career as a Sales Representative at Pfizer from November 1997 to February 2000, handling sales for key products. Mette holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Roskilde University and a nursing education from Rigshospitalets Sygeplejeskole.
