Mette Schneider

Mette Schneider is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Head of HR and Talent Development at The Nutriment Company since May 2024. Previously, Mette worked as Nordic Customer Engagement Excellence Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim from June 2023 to May 2024. Mette's extensive career at AstraZeneca spanned over two decades, during which various roles included National Sales Manager, Capability Development Manager, Nordic/Baltic Training Manager, Hospital Specialist and Field Trainer, and Hospital Specialist. Mette commenced the career as a Sales Representative at Pfizer. Mette holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Roskilde University and completed nursing studies at Rigshospitalets Sygeplejeskole.
