Courtney Bates

Courtney Bates is an experienced professional in the food and nutrition sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition and Nutrition Assistant at The Nutrition Group since August 2014, where responsibilities include directing food service operations in compliance with regulations and catering special events within the school district. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as a Diet Clerk at Mount Carmel Health System for a brief period in 2014 and gained service experience as a waitress at Adobe Gilas from March 2012 to May 2014. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2014.
