Holly Hanni is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food service management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for The Nutrition Group since December 2015, Hanni previously held the position of Food Service Director at Compass Group, where responsibilities included overseeing dining cafes and catering facilities at Siemens Medical Campus. Earlier roles include Senior Sous Chef at Harrahs Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack, where collaboration with senior leadership facilitated the casino's opening, and Sous Chef at Parx Casino as part of the opening team for a premier steakhouse. Hanni's culinary foundation was established through positions such as Line Chef at Noble House Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, as well as a culinary externship at Noble House Little Palm Island. Educationally, Hanni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
