Jennifer Harvey

Jennifer Harvey is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food service management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Food Service Director at The Nutrition Group since July 2016, Jennifer has previously held positions as Sous Chef at Regency at Dominion Valley, Line Cook at Ospreys Landing, J.Corks, and Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Throughout the career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in banquet preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and the creation of daily specials and desserts. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Westmoreland County Community College, a Culinary Arts Certificate from Indiana County Technology Center, and a high school diploma with a focus on culinary arts.
